Intel currently sells the 34nm SLC NAND-based 311 series (codename Larson Creek) line of drives, which offer 20GB of storage. These are due to be replaced by the 313 series drives "soon", possibly around April, coinciding with the Ivy Bridge launch. The 313 series (codenamed Hawley Creek) was due for launch in the last quarter of 2011, but were delayed.
The primary differences appear to be that they're based on 25nm SLC NAND technology and come in 20GB & 24GB flavours, plus may offer a little extra speed, however, the actual benchmarks aren't known. The only thing known for certain, is that the controller is an Intel designed one. The higher performance will come from the 24GB model, which offers six NAND channels, while the 20GB model offers five.

These SSDs are intended for use with Intel's Smart Response Technology (SRT) storage subsystem performance enhancer implemented in the current Z68 chipset, but are expected to be even more useful with Ivy Bridge, because most chipsets will have support for this feature, even mobile ones.
According to VR-ZONE, the price is likely to come in at around $99 retail for the 20GB model and $119 for the 24GB. The pricing seems reasonable, because the current 311 series 20GB model comes in at around $120.
